Bikers Beware!

Recently there has been a number of articles wriiten about motorcycle accidents. Yes they are on the rise. Each motorcycle case that comes into our office has a very unique set of circumstances.They are not like car accidents. For one thing the driver of a motorcycle is not entitled to no-fault benefits as is a driver of a car. This leads to a different set of problems. Additionaly, Motorcycle drivers are generally looked at by the public as being reckless. Fair or not that is the perception. I will tell you that based on my experience with bikers is that they are pretty safe and certainly no more reckless than motor vehicle drivers.
